- We confirm we have your complaint within 24 hours, and resolve it within 15 days.
- A request to remove a public page that breaks our terms is dealt with within 72 hours.
- A page that pretends to be you, or shows you without clothes or in a sexual way, including in altered images, is removed within 24 hours of your complaint.
- If you are not happy with our decision, you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee within 30 days, at gac.gov.in.
